Leonie Cooper to speak at Pimlico branch meeting

Leonie_Cooper__2016_Labour_Party_Conference.jpgPimlico & St James's branch is delighted to have London Assembly member and Environment Committee Chair Leonie Cooper as the guest speaker for our branch meeting on April 12th.

Leonie - who is the London Assembly member for Merton and Wandsworth - is one of the leading voices urging action on London's toxic air. Just this week, she called on the Prime Minister to help fight the capital's air pollution calling it "a public health emergency".

All members of our Pimlico and St James's branch are invited to the branch meeting on Wednesday 12th April to hear Leonie speak and answer questions about air pollution, the London Assembly and more. The meeting is at 7.30pm in the Pimlico Room of St Saviour's Church, St George's Square, Lupus Street SW1V 3QW. We hope to see you there!
