Tom Copley to speak at first all-member meeting of 2017

Tom_Copley_Portrait.jpgWe're delighted that London Assembly member Tom Copley will be our guest speaker at our first general All-Member Meeting of 2017.

Tom is the housing spokesperson for the Labour Group on the Assembly, where he has raised concerns about the lack of housing supply across all tenures, rents and conditions in the private rented sector and the increase in rough sleeping.

He has recently been working on issues such as the regulation of Air BnB, the Mayor's Housing Prospectus, estate regeneration and the Garden Bridge.

Tom is currently Deputy Chair of the Assembly's Housing Committee and is a member of the Transport Committee, Planning Committee, Audit Panel, Confirmation Hearings Committee and Oversight Committee. He is also a patron of LGBT Labour.

The meeting is on Tuesday 24th January at Pimlico Academy - full details are on our event page. We hope to see you there!
